The purpose of the information below is to inform you of Styrkeh’s processing of your personal data.

What data does Styrkeh collect?
Styrkeh collects and processes a variety of personal data depending on your interactions with us. Some of this data is mandatory for creating and managing your membership, and therefore does not require explicit consent. No additional personal data is collected without your explicit consent.
The following personal data is collected and processed without your separate consent, meaning you cannot set up or maintain a membership at Styrkeh without providing this information:
- Registration Information: The information you provide when registering with Styrkeh and updating your profile, such as full name, image, home address, email address, phone number, payment information, and company affiliation (if applicable). Styrkeh does not log CPR numbers.
- Visit Data: Information about your visit history to our gyms and your additional options at Styrkeh, including your home gym, number of visits, gyms visited, class participation, and purchases of bootcamps and personal training.
- Correspondence Content: Details from correspondence and case handling between you and Styrkeh staff related to your membership.
- CCTV Footage: Closed-circuit television (CCTV) recordings at our gyms for member and employee security and safety.
- Photo and Video Material: Occasionally, we capture photos and videos of our classes for marketing purposes. By registering with Styrkeh, you grant permission for us to use such materials of you for marketing. We strive to ensure that no one feels exposed or offended by this material. Should any published photo or video make you feel uncomfortable, you can contact Styrkeh, and we will remove the material.
- Email Communication: Styrkeh may use your email address to inform you about specific offers, personal training, and class participation.
What does Styrkeh use your personal data for?
Your personal data is used to manage your membership and deliver the best possible exercise experiences. We use your data to:
- Recognize you in our membership system at our gyms.
- Ensure you have access to a clear overview of your exercise history via our app.
To whom does Styrkeh disclose your personal data?
Styrkeh works with third-party service providers who store and process data on behalf of Styrkeh. These third parties are not allowed to use your personal data for their own purposes. We only use service providers located within the EU.
Additionally, Styrkeh may disclose CCTV footage, system log files, and other data to the police in the event of a criminal investigation at our gyms.
Security
We have implemented technical and organizational measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally or illegally erased, published, lost, compromised, or disclosed to unauthorized parties, misused, or otherwise processed unlawfully.
Access to your personal data is restricted to you and authorized employees of Styrkeh, and only to the extent required by their job function. Where feasible, your data is stored in encrypted form, and data exchanges between Styrkeh and our data processors occur through secure, encrypted connections.
Your rights

- Right to Access: You have the right to access the personal data we process about you and additional information. CCTV footage is only disclosed to the police, not to individuals.
- Right to Rectification: You have the right to have incorrect data about you corrected.
- Right to Erasure: In certain circumstances, you have the right to have your data erased before the standard retention period expires.
- Right to Restrict Processing: In specific circumstances, you have the right to restrict the processing of your data. If processing is restricted, we can only store the data or process it with your consent, or for legal claims or important public interests.
- Right to Object: In certain situations, you may object to the lawful processing of your personal data. You may also object to data processing for direct marketing purposes.
- Right to Data Portability: In specific circumstances, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transfer it to another data controller.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw any consent you have given at any time.
